• 3 John 1:2: "Beloved, I wish that all aspects which can thrive in good health as your soul prospers."

Even before setting up his own journey of losing weight start to meditate on the Scriptures to establish this loss weight key Christian principle in practice. In his prayer time, ask God to show you how to apply this wisdom in their daily lives. I suggest you write these entries on index cards and regularly throughout the day.
